Please review each section thoroughly prior to accessing or utilizing Workflowry automation services. Compliance with these terms is legally binding.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Workflowry platform, software application, or related enterprise automation services (collectively, the 'Service'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
To access specific administrative dashboards and programmatic features, you must establish an authorized account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and maintain the security of your authentication credentials. Workflowry cannot and will not be liable for any loss, liability, or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login identifiers or API access tokens.
Workflowry provides automated notification, operational alert, and customer support text messaging capabilities through compliant Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) campaign channels. You will only receive recurring SMS messages after you provide appropriate consent through a compliant opt-in method. SMS messages may include customer inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related follow-ups, and service updates. Promotional messages are sent only where separately authorized.
WorkFlowry's services and SMS messaging programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 should not enroll in WorkFlowry's SMS messaging programs.
You agree not to misuse the Service or facilitate unauthorized activity. Prohibited activities include transmitting unsolicited bulk messaging (SPAM), attempting unauthorized network penetration, distributing malware, reverse engineering underlying automation algorithms, or violating applicable federal, state, or international communication statutes.
Workflowry retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including proprietary workflow designs, system architecture, APIs, documentation, and registered trademarks. You retain full ownership of proprietary customer data submitted to the platform, granting Workflowry a limited non-exclusive license solely to process and automate your workflows as configured.
Payment arrangements, subscription terms, service fees, and any applicable usage-based charges (where applicable) are determined by and documented in individual customer agreements. Any renewal, cancellation, and invoicing terms will be governed by those customer-specific agreements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WORKFLOWRY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our collection, retention, and processing of personal identifiers and communications logs are strictly governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy.
